Log in to your Davies Vibe website account and access the “My Orders” page to view your latest order status.
Enter your order number and email address in the order tracking tool to get logistics information.
Once shipped, we provide a tracking number to check your package status on the courier’s website in real-time.
2. Order Status Guide
Pending: Order submitted successfully, payment and stock confirmation in process.
Shipped: Order handed to the courier and in transit.
In Transit: Track your package in real-time using the tracking number.
Delivered: Package delivered to the designated address. Contact customer service for any issues.
Return/Refund in Progress: Return received and refund is being processed, usually within 7 business days.
3. Shipping & Delivery Information
Domestic Orders: Typically delivered within 1–7 business days, depending on location and logistics.
International Orders: Typically delivered within 7–21 business days; delays may occur due to customs or weather.
Tracking: A tracking number is provided after shipment to monitor your package anytime.
4. Order Issue Solutions
Order Not Received: Verify logistics status and contact customer service for assistance.
Shipping Delays: We provide tracking and shipping information to help resolve the issue.
Lost or Damaged Package: Take photos and contact customer service. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
